Custom AI

Detecting a behavior no standard system sees

A customer picking a product off the shelf. A visitor stopping in front of a display. A car door being opened in a dealership. TrueVisit measures visitors, dwell time and service time; when a specific behavior needs to be recognized, the Lab trains a dedicated model.

  1. We record

    We define the behavior to detect together and collect video in your spaces, under TrueVisit's rules: no facial recognition, anonymous data.

  2. We train

    The model learns from that footage and is put to the test in the field. We measure the accuracy reached, correct, measure again, up to the best result the context allows. You know the achievable level before going live.

  3. We integrate

    The data enters the TrueVisit flow, through the same channel and the same security rules as footfall, and shows up in the portal next to the other numbers.

Counting isn't the only thing a camera can learn. The Lab trains models that recognize what people do in a space: a gesture, a pause, an interaction. Every behavior to detect is a journey, not a catalog module: first we define the requirements together, then we train the model.
