Huko S.r.l. unipersonale (hereinafter "HUKO", "we") processes certain personal data of the users of this website. This notice explains which data, for which purposes, on which legal bases, and which rights you can exercise.

Categories of data processed and purposes

1. Navigation data (technical logs)

To operate and protect the website, our hosting infrastructure (Vercel Inc.) automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. This data is used to deliver the website, ensure its security, and diagnose malfunctions.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: for the periods provided by Vercel for the plan in use — currently, on the Hobby plan, runtime logs are retained for a period on the order of an hour, while build logs remain associated with the individual deployment. 2. Aggregate usage statistics (Vercel Analytics)

We measure, in aggregate and cookie-free form, how many pages are viewed and from which sections, to understand what is useful and to improve the website. Vercel Analytics uses neither cookies nor persistent identifiers and does not reconstruct the journey of the individual user.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the use of the website in anonymous form (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Contact request / booking a meeting

When you book a meeting through the scheduling form, the data you provide (name, email, company, and phone number) is processed to get back to you and organize the meeting. The form is provided by HubSpot (European instance), which acts as data processor.

Legal basis: response to your request / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: 24 months from the last contact. [Period chosen by HUKO, to be confirmed with legal counsel.]

4. Email communications

If you write to us at hello@huko.it or privacy@huko.it, we process the data contained in the message in order to reply to you. Legal basis: response to your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and does not use its own profiling cookies. The only tool that sets cookies is the HubSpot embed, loaded only after your consent via the banner. Statistics (Vercel Analytics) are cookie-free. The details are in the Cookie Policy.

Recipients and data processors

We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Vercel and HubSpot) are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers take place with the safeguards provided by Art. 44 et seq. GDPR: Vercel adopts the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914); HubSpot adopts the updated Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights provided by Art. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent), by writing to privacy@huko.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
